Community Involvement: My community involvement includes participating in fundraising and volunteer events such as the Special Olympics Vermont Penguin Plunge and Summer Games. I am very proud of the Community involvement my Company focuses on and encourages all employees to participate in.
What motivated you to live and work in Vermont? I was motivated to live and work in Vermont so that I could enjoy a strong sense of community. I love being able to spend time outside in all 4 seasons and live in a state that emphasizes the importance of mental and physical health.
Favorite part of your job: My favorite part of my job is working with a strong network of independent insurance agents throughout VT. I love meeting new people, spending time working together to understand new challenges and opportunities and also being encouraged in my role to be creative and forward thinking.
What is the best career advice you have received? The best career advice I have received is to read as much as possible - whether business specific topics or in general. It's a great way to absorb new information and so important to stay informed of coming trends.
Tell us something fun about yourself that few people know: Few people (outside of my co-workers) know that I'm an ultra-competitive ping pong player.
What three words best describe you: Three words that best describe me are optimistic, motivated, dedicated.
Favorite Vermont escape: My favorite Vermont escape is spending time with my family on the Stowe Bike Path!
Favorite Social Media and why: My favorite social media is Instagram because I love seeing photos of family and friends as well as following influencers who inspire me to be creative!
