ANDREW Pearce
Favorite Part of Job: My favorite part of the job is continuing to develop new production techniques and processes, as well as cultivating existing and new sales relationships. "Building" a really great team of employees is a lot of fun too.
Most Inspiring Mentor: My father, Simon Pearce, has been my most inspiring mentor and a wonderful role model.
Tell us something fun about yourself that few people know: I love to operate heavy equipment, and I also enjoy traveling around the world.
Favorite Vermont Escape: Lake Willoughby. I especially enjoy visiting there with my wonderful wife, Christy, and my two young children, Madison & Oliver. It's also my favorite place because in 2009 I proposed to Christy on the west shore of Lake Willoughby ... and she said, "Yes!"
Favorite downtime activity: Spending time boating with my family and friends.
What is the best career advice you have received? The best career advice that I have received to date came from my father, Simon, who told me, "If you do anything really well, you will succeed at it."
Where do you see yourself professionally in ten years? Ten years from now I see myself still owning and operating a successful, innovative Vermont manufacturing company - one that creates and sells superior products, while providing good jobs for its loyal employees.

-Work in conjunction and support with their student Community Base Learning (CBL) program alongside Andrew Pearce craftsman.
I've been enjoying opportunities to speak at community public engagements that includes the unique manufacturing process that I designed for hand turning wooden bowls in Vermont.
Ongoing - I'm the oldest brother and an avid supporter of the Kevin Pearce, Love Your Brain Foundation.
I've had the great opportunity and privilege of volunteering and building a straw bail house on a native American reservation in South Dakota. A truly amazing experience!
