Anise Richey
Draker Laboratories, Inc.
Career Highlights:
I am most excited about the work I am doing right now with Draker Labs. Working in the technology and renewable energy industries is very fulfilling and my role is constantly evolving as the company grows. I am also very proud of my 9 years of work at Burton Snowboards. During that tenure I was able to constantly push myself to learn new things and given greater and greater responsibility. I constantly rely on the skills I developed while working on project teams there.
Community Involvement:
I have served on the Board of Directors for Vermont CARES since 2007 and I am the current Board Chair. Vermont CARES works for and with Vermonters affected by HIV/AIDS to promote well-being through a continuum of prevention, support, and advocacy services. My involvement ranges from supporting fundraising efforts like the Champ Ride and recent Art Hop exhibition to collaborating with board members on strategic planning for the organization.

Vermont Business Person you would most want to network with?
William Ryerson of Population Media Center. I would love to know how a non-profit business founded in Shelburne VT is able to have such a global reach and broad impact. I think his insights would lend a lot to my work at both Draker Labs and Vermont CARES.
