My community involvement includes leading the Black Experience, Vermont’s flagship Black History Month event; Rising Tides, a Black youth community connection and mentorship program we started at Burlington High School; and Accelerate Auto, a not-for-profit to tackle anti-Black racism in the Canadian automotive industry.
Motivation for living/working in Vermont:
Initially, an ex-girlfriend. I ended up staying and starting a business here because of the people and the potential of this place.
