GWEN Flewelling
Favorite Part of Job: I love that my profession is continuously evolving and changing. Whether I am out on the road auditing or in the midst of a crazy tax season, I am always learning new things and sharpening my bank of skills and experience.
Most Inspiring Mentor: I have been very blessed to have many family, friends, and colleagues guide me throughout my career. However, my husband has always been there cheering me along to the finish. I wouldn’t be where I am today without his support, encouragement, and guidance.
Tell us something fun about yourself that few people know: I am the girl who likes to watch the scary movies alone with the lights out. I actually like being scared.
Favorite Vermont Escape: An early morning long run on the open road. It’s where I clear my head and I do my best planning.
Favorite downtime activity: My grandmother taught me to knit when I was five. I love how it can be relaxing and productive at the same time.
Person you would like to share a Vermont beverage with: When I think of my favorite Vermont beverage I think of a happy fall day with lots of laughs and a great memories. I picture Ellen DeGeneres in that equation. Drink, laugh, Dance!
