Favorite Part of Job? Hands down my colleagues. It's rare that you find a group of people who create such synergy in the workplace. We work hard as individuals and as a team but have an honest blast doing it.

Most Inspiring Mentor: A common answer I'm sure, but my parents. They've always pushed me to be my greatest self. They're my biggest fans.

Tell us something fun about yourself that few people know: My aspiration is to found a social permaculture farm with my sister and eventually establish it as an intentional community for individuals living with developmental "disabilities".

Favorite Downtime Activity: If I'm visiting family, then romping in the woods with the family dogs. If I'm at home and not volunteering I love to read. I just finished Susan Cain's 'Quiet' and Margret Atwood's 'Year of the Flood'.

Favorite Vermont Escape: The summit of Camel's Hump on a clear night.

Favorite Social Media: LinkedIn seems most practical for me at this stage, but I'm on Facebook all day at work. I'm not particular to one social media source, rather enjoy the power of networking and reach that the sources provide as a whole.

Favorite Website: Mother Earth News. I'm a nature junkie!

Vermont Business Person you would most want to Network with: Stuart Comstock-Gay.

Career Highlights: Most recently I was promoted to Insights Manager at Fuse. It is bittersweet to venture on to new challenges and broaden my experience but leave my previous direct team who (who are with me tonight!). I would also consider this award a career feat. I'm humbled that my colleagues nominated me for the award. When you surround yourself with great people, you can accomplish meaningful things.

Community Involvement: Giving back was instilled in me from a young age. I've participated in Habitat for Humanity builds throughout the East Coast, mentor local youth, spend afternoons and weekends tending to community gardens and walk sheltered dogs. I also sit on an Impact Team at UWCC and have had a role in Fuse Marketing's community engagement program. “Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.
