Career highlight(s) you are most proud of:
I’m most proud of the work I have done during the pandemic. I have been working side by side with the Vermont Department of Disabilities, Aging & Independent Living team deploying hundreds of health care professionals covering hundreds of thousands of hours. 
Your community involvement:
I am involved with the Rotary Club, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Girl Scouts, Lund Family Center and many more. 
Inspiration for living and working in Vermont:
Growing up in Vermont and seeing my parents and grandparents make a difference here, which inspires me to do the same. Vermont is like no other place to live.
Favorite part of your job:
Making a difference and being a part of the change. Every night I leave working knowing I have made a difference for TLC, my team, the facilities and the community.
Most inspiring mentor:
Rick Milliken, who took me under his wing and taught me how to run a business — to always be two steps in front of any issue that could come up. He also taught me the best mentor teaches others, so I try to give back in the same way.
Best career advice you have received:
To have the courage to go and do what you believe. Most people can see things, but they don’t have the courage to go do it and try something.
Something fun about yourself that few people know:
That my biggest accomplishment is helping others succeed and be their best selves. I am able to read people very well and enjoy being a part of others’ success.
Three words that best describe you:
Driven, humble and patient.
Favorite Vermont escape:
The Montshire Museum of Science. It’s one of Vermont’s best-kept secrets.
Favorite Vermont season:
Fall. I love apple picking, pumpkin picking and fall attire.
Favorite downtime activity:
Being with my wife and daughter. Family time is the best time.
Favorite social media:
LinkedIn. It’s a great way to connect with past, present and future colleagues and partners.
Person you would most like to share a Vermont beverage with:
My grandfather, who passed away almost four years ago. I would love a chance to tell him how much I have accomplished and how he has influenced me to always reach higher.
Cause(s) you would support if you had unlimited funds:
Child adoption and foster care in Vermont; I would like to start a foundation that supports less fortunate children by giving them access to better schools and better opportunities to be their best selves. A second cause would be Alzheimer’s.
Where you see yourself professionally in the next five to 10 years:
I’d like to own or co-own a business, along with taking TLC to national prominence in health care.
Goal(s) you’d like to accomplish in the next five to 10 years:
Leading TLC to even greater success, opening more offices and becoming a national company.
How your community service has changed since the pandemic:
Fewer opportunities to attend events and receiving more cash donations.
How your job has changed since the pandemic:
During the pandemic, my job has changed by being a partner with the state for the Rapid Response team for the state of Vermont. Deploying to long term care facilities, Schools, Prisons, and Hospitals. Healthcare has evolved during the pandemic, its been exciting, humbling and challenging working together to be a source of so much help with this pandemic.
