Career highlight you are most proud of.
Being the project manager for the first client launch for Heritage Family Credit Union’s online banking platform. 
It was a vast, credit union-wide endeavor for the institution and has led to many additional partnerships, opportunities and connections within the industry.
Community involvement.
Includes being a co-founder of Rutland Young Professionals as well as serving on the board of Wonderfeet Kids’ Museum, as president of the Downtown Rutland Partnership and as co-chair of the Credit Union Young Professionals of Vermont board. I love being active in my community, making positive changes and helping others grow.
Motivation for living and working in Vermont.
I lived in the suburbs of New York City while attending graduate school and was really feeling the lack ofcommunity. I missed connecting with my neighbors and volunteering for nonprofits that I believed in. Returning to Vermont reinvigorated my sense of place and reminded me you can always come home.
Favorite part of your job.
I love that no two days are the same! I also love that I am able to work with every department throughout the Credit Union and that my department has a real impact on members’ lives. Making services accessible and self-service from anywhere at any time can be life-changing. That’s the power of digital!
Three words that best describe you.
Driven, bubbly and community-minded.
Favorite Vermont escape.
Lake Dunmore! My best friend’s family has a camp there, and I have loved visiting there with her since high school. It is so calm and quiet — perfect for a spin on the kayak, a pontoon ride or a dip in the cool waters of the lake.
Favorite Vermont season.
Spring. Everything is blossoming and blooming, and the chill is just leaving the air.
Favorite downtime activity.
I like picking up new crafts. And with an undergrad degree in television and film production, I can easily get sucked into watching just about any TV show and TV movie out there!
Favorite smell.
I love the smell of fresh-cut grass or a bonfire in the summer!
Causes you would support if you had unlimited access to funds.
Wonderfeet Kids’ Museum, Molly Bears and the National Hydrocephalus Foundation. These are all causes close to my heart.
