Community Involvement: My community involvement includes past board membership with the Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce and over 50 miles ridden on my tandem bike with my husband fundraising for Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports.
What motivated you to live and work in Vermont? I was motivated to live and work in Vermont by a long time mentor who recruited me from the Midwest. I came to Vermont to interview and fell in love with the gentle mountains and and simple, authentic way of life. I was engaged to be married and ready to start a new life with my husband.
Favorite part of your job? My favorite part of my job is working with people. I have gotten to know so many people through the theater and it is a joy to work in a business that brings people together for in person events and experiences.
Most inspiring mentor and why: My most inspiring mentor is Eric Bunge, the previous Managing Director for Northern Stage. He taught me most of what I know and leads with an optimism and positive attitude that inspire everyone around him. He has done incredible things in his life by taking calculated risks and imagining the future in its best possible incarnation.
Tell us something fun about yourself that few people know: Few people know that I'm left handed and a twin....but my twin is right handed.
What three words best describe you: Three words that best describe me are responsible, devoted, driven.
Favorite downtime activity: My favorite downtime activity is cooking. Preferably with a VT beer in hand and local veggies and cheese in the recipe.
Person you would most like to share a Vermont beverage with: The person I'd most like to share a Vermont beverage with is Kate Middleton. Don't you think she would just love VT?
If you had unlimited access to funds, which cause(s) would you support: The cause I would support are efforts to curb climate change.
