Career highlight you are most proud of:
The career highlight I'm most proud of is the growth that we've had here at Encore the last 3 years. The transition from a team of ~15 to a team of 40+ requires significant shifts in processes, and I'm proud to have supported that transition and managed the transition of our data systems throughout that time.
Community Involvement:
My community involvement includes serving as the vice president of the board at Old Spokes Home, where we work to expand access to bikes for all Vermonters. I serve as a Community Build Coordinator for Window Dressers in Burlington, where work to build community and lowering heating costs by building and installing low-cost insulating window inserts. You can also find me serving as a poll volunteer in Burlington's Ward 2.
What motivated you to live and work in Vermont?
I was motivated to live and work in Vermont by growing up in St. Johnsbury and wanting to stay close to family and continue contributing to a place that has given me so much.
If you had unlimited access to funds, which cause(s) would you support:
The cause I would support is housing. As much as I'd love to say that I'd spend unlimited funds on getting kids on bikes (which would be amazing!), what we really need right is affordable housing.
