Most Inspiring Mentor: I've been blessed with numerous inspiring mentors throughout my life. Above all though has been my uncle Chris Davidson, whose time and investment encouraged me to believe in myself and to always strive for more.
Favorite Super Hero: Wolverine, the guy heals instantly and has really cool claws. Who wouldn't want to be wolverine.

What is the best career advice you have received? You won't really appreciate it if you didn't really have to work for it.
Where do you see yourself professionally in ten years? Mayor of Rutland has a nice ring to it.
What motivated you to live and work in Vermont? Vermont is a place that you can impact change, not just because of its size but because the people of Vermont are genuinely engaged and caring individuals at their core.
Career Highlights: I currently am the manager of multispecialty services at Rutland Regional Medical Center. In addition to my responsibilities to the specialty clinics, I serve as the chair of our patient engagement and education committee. Prior to my current role, I served as a manager of psychiatric services at Rutland Regional Medical Center. I hold a masters degree from Temple University in Educational Psychology and am currently pursing my MBA through St Joseph's college.
Community Involvement: I am currently a member of the Rutland Redevelopment Authority board of commissioners. I am a member of Partners in Prevention as well as a member of the Rutland Young Professionals marketing committee.
